Job Description:

The HO Workforce Management is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to lead the talent acquisition and the workforce management team. You will be responsible for creating a workforce strategy to ensures that ASIC delivers on its current and long-term business outcomes by building frameworks and processes that will contribute towards enhancing the ASIC workforce and planning the future state of the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team that undertakes research, benchmarking, scenario planning and environment scanning to enable clarity of future demands and to build the future fit workforce for ASIC.
  • Defining and building the organisational workforce strategy and long-term business outcomes that address major disruptors and key risks.
  • Provide guidance to the team to translate complex workforce data into a format which is tailored to the audience and provide clear insight to the actions for each client group aligned to the business objectives of ASIC.
  • Leading a team of customer-centric workforce planners, and talent acquisition consultants to achieve business plan objectives, by providing the team with direction, coaching and development opportunities.
  • Overseeing the development and management of emerging talent programs that deliver a strong pipeline of emerging talent e.g., apprentices/cadets, graduate/post-graduates etc.

Job Requirements:

  • You will have demonstrated extensive experience in a senior HR leadership/workforce planning role across a variety of medium to large organisations.
  • You are forward thinking, open minded and results oriented with an ability to use data to build a story to influence change and have experience communicating effectively with senior executive leadership teams, external stakeholders, and employee representative groups.
  • Your experience in building and implementing the overall workforce strategy and management frameworks including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organisation design, talent management, and succession planning will assist you in driving results in a multifaceted and rapidly changing environment.
