Located in the beautiful regional city of Albury-Wodonga, Total HRM is the premier HR provider to NE Victoria and Southern NSW clients. Total HRM seeks a highly successful, driven and dynamic HR Consultant to support our HR Lead in meeting the needs of our client base.
Job Responsibilities:
- Your advice will be contemporary, practical and tailored to the clients’ needs
- Provide HR and IR solutions to a vast array of clients across varied industries and sized organisations
- You will bring strong HR generalist capability and be action-orientated, which allows you to demonstrate the return on investment of people initiatives you have designed and delivered
- You will have exceptional communication skills and strong project management capabilit
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience in a similar role, demonstrating contemporary HR and IR knowledge
- A strong track record to successfully manage and prioritise multiple clients seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Diplomacy, drive, exceptional written and verbal communication and relationship management skills
