Job Description:

Southern Vale Homes is one of Albury Wodonga’s most established residential builders in the construction of quality new and customised homes. Their growth sees them also building homes in the Shepparton and Ulladulla regions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer exceptional customer service as the primary point of client contact throughout the process of building new homes.
  • Liaise with external parties including local government and consultants to expedite documentation and approvals to meet timeframes.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, manage variations and identify activities impacting the schedule’s critical path.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on project status.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills and the ability to follow and streamline policies and procedures.
  • The ability to represent SVH in a professional and personable manner and provide exceptional customer service.
  • 3 years of administration experience in a similar role in the construction/building industry.
  • Highly proficient computer skills including CRM experience, ideally with Constructor.
