Job Responsibilities:

Developing, testing and delivering technical solutions to meet complex business needs.
Prioritising, troubleshooting and problem solving complex application support incidents.
Proactively analysing problem trends within systems and implementing pre-emptive monitoring strategies.
Some work outside rostered hours with on call/overtime arrangements as required.

Job Requirements:

Sophisticated communication skills.
Experience prioritising incident reports from a variety of different stakeholders
Outstanding customer service approach to IT support.
A passion for problem solving and troubleshooting
