Job Responsibilities:

Proactively overseeing data collection to measure audience engagement and inform ongoing digital content and strategy direction.
Collaborating with colleagues to create and oversee the production of social media and digital content.
Monitoring and moderating ABC Sport social media accounts and providing team members specialist feedback, training and guidance.
Exploring new delivery mechanisms and techniques to increase engagement and improve accessibility of ABC Sport content across emerging social media platforms.

Qualification & Experience:

Experience in the development and execution of strategic, creative and effective content and campaigns across a range of platforms.
Deep experience in digital/social content making, including working with video, images and word, with relevant experience or a strong passion for sports content.
Experience leading, developing supporting small teams and guiding story-making across digital and social media platforms.
Experience using and interpreting complex analytics to measure success and guide digital content and strategy direction.
