Job Description:
ABC is currently seeking a new Executive Producer who can continue to maintain a consistently high standard of relevant, compelling and comprehensive current affairs journalism across all platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Motivate the team by fostering an open and innovative work environment through leadership and direction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase audience engagement across all platforms
- Be responsible for management of resources, budgets, employee supervision and assessment
- Strive to extend 7.30’s journalistic quality content to a digital audience
- Work to improve editorial performance and review processes as required
Job Requirements:
- Ability to articulate and deliver a strong creative vision that engages our audience
- Superior knowledge of television news and current affairs production techniques
Qualification & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in promoting diversity and inclusion
- Outstanding editorial judgement and television production experience
- Previous experience overseeing program budgets, resources and facilities
