The Business Analyst team works across the ABC in a vast variety of different business domains – from media content and workflows across Television, Radio and News to more corporate areas such as Legal, Finance and HR. Each project brings new stakeholders to meet, a new domain to learn and continuous opportunities to develop your skills and your career path. We have a close, collaborative business analyst team with continuous learning and improvement at our core. Reporting to the Business Analyst Team Leader, the role involves;

Job Responsibilities:

  • Business process analysis and improvement – identifying gaps, efficiencies and opportunities.
  • Championing business requirements throughout the design process with business objectives driving the design & implementation decisions.
  • Driving collaboration and delivering business benefits.
  • ‘User-centric’ testing of solutions and enhancements.

Job Requirements:

  • Requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability and management.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in a similar business analysis role.
  • Working on technology projects, specifically around business process engineering and the development of detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Problem solving and stakeholder relationship development.
  • Agile and hybrid methodologies
